Are your stickers waterproof?

They are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Great for water bottles, laptops, notebooks, and more—but avoid soaking or scrubbing.

Do you take custom orders?

Not at this time. I focus on ready-to-make designs, but I’m always adding new stuff, so check back often!

Where do you ship from?

Everything ships from New Brunswick, Canada.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Sticker orders are sent via untracked letter mail (free!), but larger orders are automatically upgraded to tracked. Bookmarks and greeting cards ship with tracking to the U.S. and oversized lettermail in Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time is usually 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

🇨🇦 Canada: 3–10 business days

🇺🇸 USA: 5–15 business days

Do you draw all your own designs?

My shop is a mix of some draw or design, and some are purchased with a commercial license from very talented artists. Almost all of my greeting cards are hand drawn by me.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out and I’ll make it right.

Do you wholesale?

Yes! Retailers can shop my full wholesale catalog through the Faire widget on my Wholesale page.
